Compliance Data Manager (CDM) is a system application that manages Items’ compliance data. The system is provided as a web service application, enabling customer to review its AVL and Products’ status with regard to the WW known directives, or define new policy to check product compliance.

SBS CDM Work Plan.

  • Collect and upload to CDM database customer’s AVL substance data.
  • Define the rules for compliance calculation to support the relevant directives.

Then CDM will provide:

  • Item substance analysis for updated items in database.
  • BOM assemblies roll-up in accumulating weight / ppm.
  • RoHS II, REACH SVHC, Mineral Conflict reporting on all updated items.
  • Detailed & summary Compliance report for products according to the relevant directives.
  • Product compliance validation on customer requirements Substance List.
